I chose the Brooklyn Site for my project because It suits the purpose of a rehabilitation clinic. The site can surely compliment the elements of the project.
The area is calm and has great views; it is soothing, relaxing and creates a sense of comfort. On top of that, it is accessible, just a few minutes from Manhattan. During sunset the site faces a great view and gets enough sunlight. Overall, It is a good spot to house a Clinic where the peaceful environment and natural light are dominant.
