The site plan is very clear and informative, but it brings up the question as to how the project relates to the streets that surround it. This is something that could be articulated in the site plan, or a secondary site plan with more artistic license. The project itself has a very dynamic nature, but as it sits on the site here, it appears static and without relation to its surroundings. I point this out because the drawing functions as a discovery, to pose the questions. It may not be answered on this go-around, but something to consider...
